S.E.X. Is a Four-Letter Word...GOD-Rated Living in an R-Rated World!

...and the four-letter word is..........I'm talking about love and life in a world gone wild! You won't find the right word in a decadent dictionary - you WILL find it in the Word of God, and that's where I'm headed today...... AFTER I've read and heard the news non-stop in recent days.....you've read and heard it too:

"Pregnancy Boom at Gloucester High" - Yahoo! News . . . "Massachusetts High School Faces Pregnancy Boom" - FOXNews.com

Reminds me of the title of an old, wonderful operetta, "Babes in Toyland," - morphed into teens toying with a precious gift given by God to every man and woman in a committed, marriage relationship. Wind up the toy, let it run wild - and watch what happens nine months later. A sad commentary on promiscuity in today's broken world......But THAT'S not a four-letter word........and the Lord's got THREE - read on!

A Four-Letter Word called L.O.V.E. - Love's Delight!

God promises delight to the soul who seeks Him first. When HE becomes the love of your life, He plans and prepares the heart for the love of a life time (Psalm 37:4). Love and desire surrendered to Him is held "in check," awaiting His Will and plan - and it's always perfect. Believe it - you can trust His heart ("The king's heart...").

A Four-Letter Word called L.I.F.E. - Life's Dream!

God's got an awesome life prepared for the person who has totally surrendered life's dreams to the God who planned it all. Live for Him, learn from Him, lean on Him - and you will see the Hand of God at work in every area of your life, preparing you perfectly for the life partner He's chosen for you. His choice will be better than your most personal dreams or tragic nightmares! Believe it - you can trust His plan ("Seek first...".)

A Four-Letter Word called L.O.R.D. - the Lord's Design!

God's designed the perfect Person to be at the controls of your life and it's not YOU - it's the Lord Himself. The person who makes Him Lord of all will be safe, secure and satisfied in knowing the Lord is in charge. His loving, controlled design extends to the most private areas of the heart - He has a better plan and a better life than you could ever imagine. Believe it - you can trust His Will ("Do not conform...").

When these four-letter words - Love, Life, and Lord - become the spiritual focus of your being, you need never worry about being "the talk of the town." - His plan for you is pure, precious and to be prized above all else (Psalm 37:5).

S.E.X.? ? Real sex, God's way, is spelled L.O.V.E., L.I.F.E. and L.O.R.D. - and it's GOD-rated living in an R-rated world! Believe it God's way, with your mind, soul and body - His Word is true, He makes no mistakes - and it pays to wait!
