"The Lion that Roars--or Reigns!?!"

I love lions--safely restrained in a zoo jungle habitat, where I can watch them roam and hear them roar--from a distance. So please don't call me to join your African safari--I won't be there! I'll opt to watch your videos when you get safely back!Jungles--man-made or real--are the perfect place for any lion to be free to roam and to roar...except...that jungle where we live! It's called the "real world"--and there's a "real lion" out there roaring away--at us, against us, behind us, before us--you can't escape. His roar is vicious. His actions are vile. He will lie, cheat, steal, kill and destroy. He will cause anxiety, fear, defeat, despair, despondency, discouragement--he's an expert in roarin' rage--and rage he does. What to do?
Resist him in the power of the Lord--and then run to the REAL Lion--the Lion of the Tribe of Judah--the One who REIGNS supreme, over all, the One who conquered sin and Satan on the Cross. The lion may roar--but he can't REIGN in your life when the King resides there. AND He's a King who knows how to SHUT the lion's mouth--He did it for Daniel and He can do it for you! So fear not--"Greater is he that is within you than he that is in the world (1 John 4:4)." Believe it--and have a wonderful, fear-free day!
