Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

Bible Byte 'n Chocolate Chew for Today

"So Where Does God Live???"

Daily Manna's Bible reading: Psalm 23:1-6 (NIV) . . . . <2 Corinthians 5:1-5 (NIV)

Easy answer - "God lives in heaven," dummy! Ooops - I'm not supposed to call myself a dummy! OK, so where DOES He live? Here? There? Everywhere?

YES.....He's here, dwelling within our mortal tents, also known as aging bodies! His Word encourages all seniors,

"Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day (2 Corinthians 4:16 NIV)."

Yes.....He's there, dwelling in the house of the Lord, in heaven, seated on the Throne, and Sovereign over all. And we will reign with Him someday - what a future!

"God reigns over the nations; God is seated on his holy throne (Psalm 47:8 NIV)."

And yes,....He's everywhere, over all the earth, Shepherd of the flock who sees you plight, feels your pain, and knows exactly where YOU are today.

"The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want (Psalm 23:1 NIV)."

So where does God live? He's dwelling within you, Sovereign above you, Shepherd around you! He's omnipresent and all you need - believe it, receive it, and have a wonderful, heaven-blessed, choco-rich day!
