Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

Daily Manna's Bible reading - Mark 6:53-56 (NIV)

I remember the marketplace - - years ago, each Saturday it was my responsibility to take my mom to the "Farmers' Market" for fresh vegetables. It was one of her favorite things-to-do, not mine - chuckle......But what she found in that marketplace was nourishment and delight to her family; it was worth the effort and the reward was the taste of wonderful fresh food....
The marketplace has changed in today's world. It is no longer merely a group of stands set up on a vacant lot by farmers selling their produce; it's a whole world of economy, science, medicine, education, law, religion, travel and more - a "global village" where we interact on an international level.
And God's there too! He walks the marketplaces of our world to bring His Gospel to a needy world. His Word travels the world through audio, video and email - and international missionaries - such as one I heard some time ago. Let me tell you about it!
I heard a phenomenal missionary message by Dr. Solomon Wang, Chinese missionary to the lands of India and Bhutan. I'm excited to share it with you via an Internet podcast. Take some time to listen to his dramatic stories of "God in the marketplace" as I heard last night - you will be amazed and blessed.
Not my mom's marketplace but the Master's - enjoy the message and know that God is still working wonders in His world today! Believe it and you will have a God-rejoicing, Christ-honoring, Gospel-proclaiming, choco-enriching day!
