Good morning, good afternoon, good evening...wherever in the world you live! I hear you're a chocoholic too - I won't tell a soul! Chocolate is good for the body - and God's Word is good for the soul: "O taste and see that the Lord is good...(Psalm 34:8 KJV)." So please join me for a few moments of fun, food and inspiration - it's all calorie-free (believe that and I'll sell you the Brooklyn Bridge) and might even make your day!

Life Verses at Peggie's Place! In light of the recent bridge collapse tragedy in Minneapolis, Minnesota, life verses from God's Word become especially precious - even as we affirm, yet once again in another tragedy, that life itself is precious. We grieve with those who have lost loved ones and our prayers and love are with all those who hurt this day. We have no answers for the tragedies of life and so we cling to Him and His Word, knowing that God Himself weeps with us in our loss.
O
"Let us, therefore, come boldly unto the throne of grace
that we may OBTAIN MERCY, and find grace to help in time of need
(Hebrews 4:16 KJV)."N
"...Weeping may endure FOR A NIGHT,
but joy cometh in the morning (Psalm 30:5 KJV)."L
"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart, and LEAN NOT unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths (Proverbs 3:5,6 KJV)."Y
"Fear thou not; for I am with thee.
Be not dismayed; for I am thy God. I will strengthen thee;
YEA, I WILL HELP THEE;
yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness (Isaiah 41:10 KJV)."
O
"The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous,
and HIS EARS ARE OPEN unto their cry (Psalm 34:15 KJV)."N
"For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord will give grace and glory.E
NO GOOD THING WILL HE WITHHOLD
from them that walk uprightly (Psalm 84:11 KJV)."Scripture: "Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving
let your requests be made known unto God (Philippians 4:6 KJV)."
L
"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God,
that ye present your bodies a LIVING SACRIFICE,
holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world,
but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God
(Romans 12:1,2 KJV)."I
"Thou wilt keep him IN PERFECT PEACE, whose mind is stayed on thee,
because he trusteth in thee (Isaiah 26:3 KJV)."F
"FAITHFUL IS HE that calleth you, who also will do it
(1 Thessalonians 5:24 KJV)."E
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish,
but have EVERLASTING LIFE
(John 3:16 KJV)."
