Looting...a low-down crime! It's been happening in New Orleans in the midst of disaster - and it's wrong! But hold on--for while we can see these looters all over the streets of New Orleans, there's ONE looter you can't see.....but you can hear him--he's an expert at whispering!
He comes to steal, kill and destroy the hearts and minds of us all, sinner and saint alike - he's brutal.....thief, killer, destroyer - - and DEVIL......the devil himself hanging around the ruins of broken dreeams, broken hearts, broken humanity....looking to loot everything good you are - he is the ultimate looter!
So what to do? Yell, kick and scream, throw a tantrum? Cringe in fear? Go down in despair? No way........We call on the Ultimate Lord who will deal with the rat who has robbed us of our love, joy, peace--and hope! Christ has already defeated the devil at the Cross and the Empty Tomb......He could take care of him then; we can be sure He will take care of him now.
Don't let the old devil roam the hallways of your heart; don't let him rob you of the treasures God has given you......Call on the powerful Name of Jesus, and watch him flee..........while we watch on with GLEE!
Run to God's Word and fill your heart with His promises. Put on the Armor of God--and stand! The Ultimate Lord is able, ready and willing to stop the prince of this world - He is Lord of your life--and He wins!
